  3. 1 tbsp butter
  4. 1 tbsp cooking oil

  8. 1 cardamom
  9. 2 cloves
  10. 6-8 black pepper
  11. 1 tsp coriander powder
  12. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1 onion chopped
  14. 6-7 garlic cloves chopped
  15. 1 inch ginger chopped
  16. 1 medium size tomato chopped
  17. 2 tbsp fresh cream
  18. 1 tsp garam masala

  1. Fir blanching the spinach...In pot of boiling water, add little salt and then spinach leaves to it. Blanch the spinach leaves for 2 to 3 minutes until wilted.
    Take them out and put them in ice cold water for 2-3 minutes.
    Then drain water and keep spinach aside.

  5. Again heat 1tbsp oil in same pan splattered Cummin seeds and red chilli. Keep the flame on low. Add coriander powder and chilli powder. Stir it for few seconds. Then add prepared green paste. Stir and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
    Keep the flame on low-medium.
  6. Now add roasted paneer cubes mix well. Stir and cook for 4-5 minutes. Then add salt and garam masala. Add 1/4cup water, cook till boil. Add cream mix well. Cover and cook for another minutes. Turn off flame.
  7. Delicious Palak Paneer is ready. Serve hot with roti, paratha,or naan.
