    In a bowl, combine the all beef / chicken mince, salt, chilli, pepper, egg, ginger & garlic paste,onion,crumbs, seasoning, mozzarella mix well. Shape into small balls. Place meatballs on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan.
    Bake at170°C / 350°F for 10-15 minutes; drain and set aside.

    you can fry them in nonstick pan with 2 tbsp oil.
